Advanced Cybersecurity Training and Expert Insights At Black Hat USA 2024

Black Hat USA 2024, will be held at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, and will feature a six-day program with interactive Training (August 3-6), insightful Briefings (August 7-8), and a dynamic Business Hall. Amongst the notable experts at the event are Sheila A. Berta, Eric Evenchick, Aanchal Gupta, Monnappa KA, Daniel Cuthbert, Ping Look, and Maria Markstedter.
Black Hat USA returns to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas with a 6-day program that promises to be a landmark event in the world of cybersecurity. The event will commence with four days of specialised cybersecurity Training from August 3-6, offering courses suitable for all skill levels. These interactive classes and labs will be presented live, building on the successful virtual model introduced in 2020.
The event will host a line-up of experts from various sectors. Notable speakers include Ann Johnson, Sherrod DeGrippo, Danny Jenkins, Jen Easterly, and Harry Coker, Jr., who will take the Main Stage on August 7 and 8.
Other key figures include David Adrian from Google, Sheila A. Berta, Head of Research at Dreamlab Technologies, Justine Bone, Partner at Ridge Partners, and Thomas Brandstetter, Professor and Co-Founder of Limes Security. Additional experts include Katriel Cohn-Gordon, a Research Scientist at Facebook, Deirdre Connolly, a Cryptographic Engineer, and Daniel Cuthbert, Global Head of Security Research, among others. Main Stage talks will be held at Oceanside A, Level 2, within the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Keynotes on August 7 and 8 will highlight global cybersecurity issues. On August 7, Jen Easterly from CISA, Hans de Vries from ENISA, and Felicity Oswald from NCSC will discuss "Democracy's Biggest Year: The Fight for Secure Elections Around the World." On August 8, Moxie Marlinspike, founder of Signal, and Jeff Moss, founder of Black Hat, will engage in a "Fireside Chat with Moxie Marlinspike." Keynotes will be held in the Michelob ULTRA Arena.
The event will conclude with the Locknote on August 8 at 4:20 PM, featuring panellists Nathan Hamiel, Window Snyder, and Jos Wetzels, moderated by Ellen Cram Kowalczyk and Jeff Moss, at Mandalay Bay H, Level 2.
AI Summit at Black Hat USA
Coming off its largest show to date in London, The AI Summit Series announces its inaugural AI Summit at Black Hat USA 2024 has sold out. The one-day event will now have more seats and additional breakout sessions to accommodate delegates from business, cybersecurity, and technology sectors scheduled for August 6 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The AI Summit at Black Hat USA 2024, supported by World Wide Technology (WWT), a global technology solutions provider, features a packed agenda of speakers showcasing leading AI solutions. Notable speakers include Matthew Knight, Head of Security at OpenAI, delivering the closing keynote, and Dave DeWalt, Founder & CEO of NightDragon, serving as the event's Chairperson. Other prominent figures such as Bartley Richardson, Rachel Jin, Nancy Morgan, Dr. Kathleen Fisher, Mishaal Khan, and Florence Lewine will contribute their expertise on various aspects of AI and cybersecurity.
Following a day of stage talks, The AI Summit will host The AI Zone in the Black Hat Business Hall. This area will allow attendees to meet top AI solution providers and see demonstrations. The Business Hall, open from August 7-8, will also display the latest products and technologies from leading information security companies.
As part of The AI Summit Series, this event will be part of Black Hat USA 2024, which is celebrating its 27th anniversary. The six-day event will feature technical cybersecurity training, various summits, the latest information security research, live tool demos at Black Hat Arsenal, a busy Business Hall, networking opportunities, and social events.

Trainings, August 3-6: The event will start with four days of interactive cybersecurity training sessions. These sessions, led by global experts, are aimed at all skill levels and will offer hands-on experience in both offensive and defensive hacking techniques.
Briefings, August 7-8: The main part of Black Hat USA 2024 will be the Briefings, featuring over 100 selected presentations on the latest cybersecurity research and developments. These Briefings will be available live, in-person, and on demand. All passes include access to recorded Briefings from August 14, so attendees can view any missed sessions.
Business Hall, August 7-8: The Business Hall will be open for attendees to explore and network with thousands of InfoSec professionals.
