“One game we were down late,” he recalls. “No one panicked. Everyone stuck to their role. We came back and won. That showed me how powerful a focused team can be.”

“Business is not that different,” he says. “If everyone understands their role and stays consistent, results follow.”

After college, Hisle moved into the business world. He focused on leadership, management, and sales.
