LogicMonitor, a global leader in AI-powered hybrid observability, has announced a significant $800 million investment. This funding, a mix of equity and strategic financing from investors like PSG and Golub Capital, positions LogicMonitor at the cutting edge of AI-driven data centre management. Vista Equity Partners will remain the controlling shareholder, with LogicMonitor valued at approximately $2.4 billion, including debt.

This funding highlights the critical role LogicMonitor plays in advancing AI capabilities within data centres. Using predictive analytics and real-time insights, the platform ensures vital infrastructures run efficiently, sustainably, and resiliently.

These initiatives will solidify LogicMonitor’s leadership in hybrid observability, backed by a strong net retention rate exceeding 110% and a multi-product adoption rate of 80%.
