Silverflow and Hypergate Launch Integrated Payment Solution, To Accelerate Onboarding, Reduce Operational Complexity, And Modernise Payment Infrastructure

Silverflow and Hypergate have partnered to launch an integrated, cloud-native payment infrastructure solution designed to help acquirers, payment providers and modern financial institutions accelerate merchant onboarding, simplify operations and modernise their acquiring technology.

Cloud-native payment processing company Silverflow and payment gateway provider Hypergate have announced a partnership to deliver an integrated payment infrastructure offering for acquirers, payment providers and modern financial institutions.

The collaboration brings together Silverflow’s cloud-native processing platform and direct connectivity to card networks with Hypergate’s payment gateway and orchestration technology. The companies aim to address a persistent challenge facing the acquiring industry: building scalable payment operations without relying on fragmented integrations and rigid legacy infrastructure.

Through the integration, payment providers can manage key elements of the acquiring lifecycle within a more unified technology environment, from merchant onboarding and configuration to transaction processing, reconciliation, disputes and payment optimisation.

Silverflow and Hypergate combine processing and gateway infrastructure

At the processing layer, Silverflow provides a cloud-native platform featuring a direct, single-API connection to card networks. According to the companies, innovations including network tokenisation can help increase first-payment approval rates by up to 8%.

Hypergate adds its gateway infrastructure, merchant management capabilities and payment orchestration technology.

A central feature of the partnership is automated two-way synchronisation of merchant configurations between the two platforms. This enables organisations to configure merchant IDs (MIDs) and terminals, establish processing limits, manage webhook notifications and onboard merchants faster without relying on multiple disconnected operational processes.

The integrated infrastructure is designed to accommodate both high-volume payment operations and complex financial flows.

Through a single interface, organisations can access capabilities spanning authorisations, recurring payments, partial captures, refunds, chargebacks, tokenisation and detailed decline diagnostics.

The combination is intended to give payment businesses greater visibility and control across the transaction lifecycle while reducing the technical and operational burden associated with managing separate processing and gateway systems.

Addressing the complexity of modern acquiring

The partnership comes as acquirers and payment providers increasingly look to API-driven and cloud-native infrastructure to replace legacy payment technology.

For payment companies operating across markets and serving growing merchant portfolios, the challenge extends beyond processing transactions. They must also manage merchant configurations, transaction routing, regulatory obligations, risk controls, reconciliation, disputes and rapidly changing payment requirements.

Robert Kraal, Co-founder of Silverflow, said:

“The payments industry has reached a point where organisations can no longer afford to be slowed down by fragmented infrastructure and complex integrations. Every additional manual process adds time, cost and operational risk.

By combining Silverflow's cloud-native processing platform with Hypergate's gateway capabilities, we're giving payment providers a simpler, faster way to launch and scale. Instead of stitching together multiple technologies, customers benefit from an integrated cloud-native ecosystem that reduces complexity while giving them the flexibility and performance modern payments demand.”

Hypergate’s infrastructure adds configurable routing, cascading and orchestration capabilities designed to help payment providers optimise transaction performance.

The company also provides PCI DSS Level 1 compliance under its licence, DORA-ready documentation, risk-management tools and platform stability supported by strict uptime service-level agreements.

Mikhail Goryachkin, COO, said:

“Our goal has always been to remove the technical barriers that slow payment businesses down. Working closely with Silverflow allows us to offer customers an integrated solution that combines rapid deployment with enterprise-grade security, compliance and operational flexibility. Together, we're helping payment providers spend less time managing infrastructure and more time growing their business.”

Financial institutions are already using the joint infrastructure

The partnership is already moving beyond the technology integration itself.

Several modern financial institutions and e-money providers, including Guru Pay, Fairmay, Finsei and Exepay, are using the joint solution to support their acquiring ecosystems and combine card processing with broader financial services.

For these organisations, gateway infrastructure needs to provide not only scalability but also sufficient flexibility to manage different merchant and transaction requirements.

A representative from Finsei said:

“For us, choosing a gateway was never about adding another technology vendor. It was about strengthening our acquiring proposition. Hypergate gives us the control and agility to improve payment performance while keeping the underlying infrastructure efficient.”

Exepay and Fairmay have similarly highlighted Hypergate’s unified API for simplifying merchant onboarding, alongside the company's pragmatic and hands-on support.

On the processing side, financial institutions are using Silverflow’s architecture to gain greater visibility and operational control over acquiring activities.

A spokesperson from Guru Pay said Silverflow provides “interesting reconciliation solutions for IPS reconciliation, a built-in dashboard for dispute management, and clear, comprehensive pricing.

These features are valuable because acquiring is not only about processing transactions. It is also about having the right visibility, controls, and operational tools behind the scenes.”

Exepay has also highlighted Silverflow’s cloud-native infrastructure and direct network connectivity as important capabilities for acquirers seeking to operate through a more data-driven model.

Building an API-first acquiring ecosystem

The Silverflow-Hypergate partnership reflects a broader shift in payment infrastructure towards modular, API-first architectures.

Rather than requiring payment providers to connect, configure and maintain separate technologies across different parts of the acquiring stack, the joint solution brings gateway and processing capabilities into an integrated cloud-native environment.

For acquirers and financial institutions, the approach is intended to shorten deployment and merchant onboarding times while reducing manual processes and operational complexity.

The architecture also provides the flexibility required to introduce new payment capabilities and scale transaction volumes without depending on the constraints associated with traditional payment infrastructure.

By combining Hypergate’s gateway, routing and orchestration technology with Silverflow’s cloud-native processing and direct card-network connectivity, the two companies are positioning the solution as infrastructure for payment organisations looking to modernise their acquiring operations while maintaining security, compliance and operational control.

The joint solution is available immediately to acquirers, payment providers and financial institutions seeking to modernise their payment infrastructure through an API-first, cloud-native architecture.
