Using their proven methodology, the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Mental Health includes Barbara Vercruysse, M.S Rao, Jane Thomason, Ruth Pearce and Dinis Guarda, among others.

The Top 50 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Mental Health list tries to answer some shed some light on this growing concern: What exactly are the present mental health issues? How has Covid-19 aggravated these issues? As well as introducing relevant personalities advocating for a better mental health and wellbeing. We will discover who Jane Thomason is, and what role does Blockchain for Good play in promoting mental health; how Micheal Ferro's Merrick Ventures is helping mental healthcare and in what ways; M.S Rao's battle via #HeForShe, as well as his soft leadership, promotes well-being and we’ll find more about RoundGlass, and how Dinis Guarda's collaboration with them benefits Mental Health. This article will explain why the Thinkers360 2021 August rating is so important for mental health.

The coronavirus pandemic and the economic downturn have had a catastrophic effect on many people's mental health and created additional obstacles for those who currently suffer from mental illness.

This statistic skyrocketed for higher anxiety rates as 69% of individuals in the United Kingdom are concerned about the impact of COVID-19 on their lives. Whether it was due to worrying about the future, which affected 63%, feeling tense or apprehensive, concerning 56%, or simply being bored, which bothered 49%.

The economic effect of the coronavirus also played a role in a higher incidence of mental health. The Mental Health Foundation asserted that over a third of people in full-time employment who were questioned, seemed to be anxious about losing their job, and the mental health consequences for jobless people were radically harsh. A quarter (twice as many as those in work) reported not dealing well with the pandemic's stress, almost half were concerned about not having enough food to satisfy basic requirements, and one in five had suicidal thoughts.

As a result, Thinkers360 has compiled a list of the top 50 worldwide thought leaders and influencers in HealthTech for March 2021. Thinkers360 live leaderboards are more than simply a list; they are based on a patent-pending comprehensive assessment of thought leadership and the real impact that extends well beyond social media alone. Consequently, we believe this list is essential for people to feel protected and to have someone to turn to through difficult times.

“Our listing includes members of Thinkers360 and who have curated and shared their thought leadership content – including articles, blogs, books, keynotes, media interviews, panels, podcasts, social media, speaking events, videos, webinars and whitepapers – via our platform.

Our differentiation from the various influencer leaderboards on social media, is that we take a holistic view of thought leaders and experts, beyond their social media activity, and look across all the hats they may wear – such as academic, author, consultant, entrepreneur, influencer and speaker – and all the types of thought leadership content they produce,” Thinkers360 said about their methodology.

Thinkers360's rating of the top 50 mental health influencers in August 2021 is an important way of highlighting the importance of wellness. The current coronavirus pandemic resulted in an alarming number of individuals losing their employment and significantly elevated anxiety levels. As a result, I believe that we require more assistance to reduce this number and make people feel like they are living a happy life, and Thomason's digital transformation shifting to a human-centered economy is a step towards a better society. Furthermore, both Ferro and Rao's work contribute to this goal: Ferro's Alacrity Care enables data analytics technology, which helps identify problems like neutropenia early, avoiding hospitalization, and improving patient outcomes, whereas Rao's hashtag #HeForShe fights for gender equality, giving people more space to not feel alone. Finally, Dinis Guarda's cooperation with RoundGlass is critical as it works to change people's overall wellbeing.
