Each of these links is strong, stable, and filled with dedicated individuals, yet they remain isolated, lacking the crucial connectors and an engine to drive progress.

While their farming practices may not necessarily surpass those of Indian producers, the difference lies in their robust documentation infrastructure.
For instance, a certified organic tomato from a Spanish cooperative can fetch three to four times the price of a similar Indian tomato in European markets. This price disparity is not due to a significant difference in quality but rather to verified supply chain documentation for the Spanish tomato, contrasted with the more generalised assertions surrounding the Indian tomato.
