Moh holds a Master's Degree in International Hotel Management from Vatel Hotel & Tourism Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the Université Pierre Mendès-France. Having worked in various roles at Grand Heritage Hotel Group, IHG Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance Hotels, and many more, has a remarkable history of executing business development and global expansion strategies across the MENA region.
Moh is also the founder of METAKAPSULE, a movement and think-tank community of Metaverse experts that create events with a focus on “edutainment”. He is passionate about re-engineering mindsets to create an impact on humanity and bridging the PHYGITAL with web 3.0 by using the METAVERSE to build collaboration and partnership amongst customers, as well as between companies and customers.
Biography
Moh is the Head of Investments and Special Projects at the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAK TDA), where he has been leading investment-related activities since July 2019. Belkhodja's primary responsibility is to encourage and attract local and foreign tourism investments into Ras Al Khaimah, which gets reinvested in the emirate to improve the overall visitor experience.
Belkhodja is a member of the RAK FDI Group, Invest Ras Al Khaimah, and the leader of Sustainable Conscious Tourism. His expertise is in ecotourism, wellness, adventure, and agritourism, where he promotes sustainability through social responsibility, including impact investing and Residency by Investment Program (SelectRAK). Belkhodja is also driving new strategies to continue attracting more tourists, increase destination awareness, and maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of investment promotion efforts.
Before joining RAK TDA, Belkhodja was the Managing Director of INHOCO International Hospitality Consulting Group from January 2019 to December 2019. At INHOCO, he was responsible for managing the company's operations and developing its business transformation and strategy. He also worked on several projects related to management consulting and strategic partnerships.
Belkhodja is currently heading impactful business transformation through innovation and digitalization at Impact Transformation/Performance Improvement since May 2022. He aims to bridge the PHYGITAL and introduce the WEB3/METAVERSE/NFTs/CRYPTO/DAO/DEFI to the decentralized hospitality industry. He is also leading the Fractional Economy, including fractional shared ownership, tokenized ownership, and fractional investments.

Aligned with this vision, he created METAKAPSULE, a community of Metaverse experts building their version of the matrix and creating events with a focus on “edutainment”.
