Affin Bank Berhad was incorporated on 15 August 2001. A wholly owned subsidiary of Affin Holdings Berhad, the Bank began its operations on 26 January 2002. Affin Bank has undergone several restructuring in 2004, 2007, 2009 and even 2015 to grow and remain competitive in the banking industry.
