Before this, in his role as F&D Director at Flexguard SA, Alain-Claude is involved in the management and has likely been responsible for overseeing the company's research and development activities. Prior to his time at Flexguard SA, he worked as the Head of the African Region at Mauborget Group in Geneva, Switzerland, where he focused on housekeeping operations. During this period, he also engaged in consultancy work for expanding services in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East for various clients of Mauborget Group Ltd.

Before that, Alain-Claude served as a Business Development Manager at WideView Hospitality Consulting in Kigali, Rwanda, where he worked in sales. He also held the position of Relocation Manager at JTI in Geneva, Switzerland, overseeing the relocation services for expatriates. This role involved managing company service apartments, cost management, provider management, and implementing car allowance policies for expatriates in Geneva.

In addition to these positions, Alain-Claude has worked as a Business Development Manager at Home Finders Relocation in Lausanne, Switzerland, and as a Relocation Manager at Primacy Relocation, also in Lausanne. He has also held positions in human resources, event management, and project coordination in various companies, including Limousine Services Switzerland, Choice Event Management, Spevent Sarl, Mandarin Oriental Geneva, and Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill.
