History

Allegro.eu was founded in 1999 by three entrepreneurs, who saw the potential to create an online platform for products and services. Initially the website served as an online auction, however the founders soon added online retail to the platform. Since launch, Allegro.eu has grown to become the most popular e-commerce and online auction website in Poland. Over the years, the platform has added new services such as online payments, money transfers, travel and entertainment, as well as business solutions for clients to take advantage of.
