In 2003, Allied Properties REIT was founded by Investorselect Properties Corporation Limited. In 2004, the company became a publicly listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Since then, the company has seen considerable growth as it has acquired and managed a number of office and retail properties located in Canada's major cities.
