History

ALSO Holding AG was founded in 1985 in Switzerland under the name Electronic Business Solutions Organization (EBSO). In 2003, the company expanded beyond its domestic market and changed its name to ALSO Actebis Holding AG. In 2005, also also (lowercase!) was formed, further expanding the company’s presence across Europe. In 2016, ALSO Holding AG was listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange.
