Apollo Food Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of snack food products. It also engages in oil palm plantation and investments in securities. Its snack food products include Tidbits, Sunburst, Tarimas, Krunchers, Hi-Chee, and Apollo corn snacks. The Company owns production facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Sarawak, Malaysia. It also exports its products mainly to East Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
History

Apollo was founded in 1978 by the late Tan Sri Dr. Teh Hong Piow. He was the first Chairman up to 1997. In the early 1990’s, Apollo ventured into e-commerce and the research and development of healthy snacks. Today, Apollo is a leading food group in Malaysia and the region.
