History
In May 2000, the boutique investment bank Arbuthnot Securities was acquired by Arden Partners plc and the new merged entity became known as Arden Partners. This merger created an enlarged, full-service corporate finance and stock broking firm, acting as adviser to clients across the full spectrum of corporate finance, equity and debt markets. The acquisition of Arbuthnot Securities also saw Arden Partners become one of the few medium-sized independent investment banks still operating in the City of London.

In the 2020 Investment Week Awards, Arden came runner-up in the Corporate Finance category. Arden has also been recognised in the 2019 Citywealth Magic Circle Awards and 2018 Growth Investor Awards, as a corporate finance house in London. Additionally, Arden were awarded ‘Best Corporate Finance Adviser’ and ‘Best Stockbroker – AIM Clients’ in the 2015/6 Investors Allstars Awards sponsored by the London Stock Exchange Group.
