As of December 19, 2022, it owned and operated 17 restaurants and bars, including four restaurants located in New York City; one in Washington, D.C.; five in Las Vegas, Nevada; one in Atlantic City, New Jersey; four on the east coast of Florida; and two on the gulf coast of Alabama, as well as had 16 fast food concepts and catering operations. History

Ark Restaurants was founded in 1983 by Michael Weinstein and Allen Jacobs. At the time, the company was based in New York City and employed a few people. It consisted of one deli in the theater district, two restaurants in the financial district, and two restaurants in the Upper East Side. Over the years, Ark has grown to be the successful restaurant and hospitality company it is today. It currently operates 25 restaurants in the United States, five quick-service-restaurant outlets in airports, and two catering companies across the United States and in the United Kingdom.
