History

Red 5 was founded in 2005 by former Blizzard Entertainment employees Mark Kern, William Petras, and Taewon Yun, who wanted to create and deliver games that they felt passionate about. Their first game was Firefall, a Sci-Fi MMORPG where players could team up to explore a vibrant and colorful world. Firefall shut down in 2016. Red 5 currently has a new game in development, Project Copernicus, a single-player and multiplayer game with the potential to revolutionize the MMORPG genre.
