The company was formerly known as Banco Roma de Investimentos and changed its name to Banco ABC Brasil S.A. in 1997. The company was incorporated in 1983 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil. Banco ABC Brasil S.A. is a subsidiary of Marsau Uruguay Holdings SA.
