It also owns and operates Italian restaurants under the Toscano and Collage brand name; and offers a buffet service delivered in a box for off-premise consumption under the UBQ brand name. As of March 31, 2022, the company operated 168 Barbeque Nation restaurants across 82 cities in India; 6 international Barbeque Nation restaurants; and 11 Toscano restaurants. Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. was formerly known as Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Private Limited and changed its name to Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited in March 2008. The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Bengaluru, India.
History

Barbeque Nation was started by Sayaji Hotels in 2006 with its first restaurant opened in Bengaluru, India. The concept was based around dining with a live grilling station on each table, where guests could grill their own food over charcoal grills set at centre of the dining tables. The concept was innovative and soon had many Barbeque Nation outlets opening up in India. In 2012, we were the first restaurant chain in India to go public and we listing as Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited on stock exchanges in India.
