BATU Kawan Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia on 8th April 1990. The Company ventured into the business of electrical and electronic components and related products in 1990. In the same year, the Company was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, formerly known as The Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
