KE Holdings Inc., through its subsidiaries, engages in operating an integrated online and offline platform for housing transactions and services in the People's Republic of China. The company operates in three segments: Existing Home Transaction Services, New Home Transaction Services, and Emerging and Other Services. History

Beike Finance launched was founded in 2011 by international veterans and has since grown to become one of the leading investment platforms in China. We launched our first product in 2013, a fixed-income product backed by rental revenues from leasing residential properties. In 2015, we became the first company to launch a loan-based product, providing capital to developers seeking to fund construction projects.
