In 2006, organisation expanded its operations and began providing long-term assistance to people in need. In 2011, the Cansuyu Association responded to several natural disasters, including the earthquake and tsunami in Japan and the earthquake in Van, Turkey. In 2012, the it expanded its operations to new countries, including Syria and Mali. The organization provided aid to Syrian refugees and also launched programs to support education and healthcare in Mali.

In 2014, the Cansuyu Association responded to several humanitarian crises, including the conflict in Gaza, the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, and the flooding in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The organization provided emergency aid and launched long-term rebuilding projects in these areas. In 2018, it expanded its operations to new countries, including Yemen and Palestine. The organization provided aid to victims of the conflict in these countries and also launched programs to support education and healthcare.
