In 2008, the Cansuyu Association launched several new projects to help people affected by conflicts and natural disasters. These included providing emergency shelter, food, and water to people displaced by the conflict in Gaza, as well as providing aid to victims of the Cyclone Nargis disaster in Myanmar. In 2010, the organization launched several new projects, including providing aid to victims of the floods in Pakistan and supporting refugees fleeing conflict in Somalia.

In 2011, the Cansuyu Association responded to several natural disasters, including the earthquake and tsunami in Japan and the earthquake in Van, Turkey. The organization provided emergency aid to victims and also launched long-term rebuilding projects in the affected areas. In 2012, the it expanded its operations to new countries, including Syria and Mali. The organization provided aid to Syrian refugees and also launched programs to support education and healthcare in Mali.

In 2014, the Cansuyu Association responded to several humanitarian crises, including the conflict in Gaza, the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, and the flooding in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The organization provided emergency aid and launched long-term rebuilding projects in these areas. In 2018, it expanded its operations to new countries, including Yemen and Palestine. The organization provided aid to victims of the conflict in these countries and also launched programs to support education and healthcare.

In 2020, the Cansuyu Association responded to the COVID-19 pandemic by providing emergency aid and support to vulnerable communities around the world. The organization also continued its work in conflict zones and natural disaster-affected areas.

In 2022, it expanded its operations to new countries, including Ethiopia and Ukraine. The organization provided aid to victims of the conflict in Ukraine and launched programs to support education and healthcare in Ethiopia.
