History

CareTrust REIT began as a subsidiary of The Ensign Group, Inc. and was spun off in 2013 as an independent REIT, trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Since then, CareTrust REIT has acquired and grown through accretive acquisitions, while providing best-in-class service to its tenants and partners.
