History

Civeo was formed in 2014 when Oil States International, Inc. spun off its Lodging and Remote Camp business into an independent publicly-traded company. In 2015, Civeo acquired remaining shares of Montreal-based Horizon North Logistics Inc. Later that year, Civeo Canada Holding LP and Civeo US Holding LP merged together forming Civeo Corporation. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
