The company was incorporated in 1961 and is based in Secunderabad, India. Coromandel International Limited is a subsidiary of E.I.D.-Parry (India) Limited.

History

Coromandel International's growth journey began in 1925, when the company was formed in Rajahmundry as Coromandel Fertilizers and Plantations Private Limited. In 1959, it was renamed as Coromandel Agrico and subsequently, in the year 1966, changed to Coromandel Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited.
