Cristina Koehn is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader, known for her expertise in scaling and internationalizing businesses. In 2022, she joined Picus Capital, a venture capital firm, as Partner and Head of Nordics, tasked with opening up a new office in Stockholm. This role makes her Picus Capital's first employee in the Nordics and puts her in charge of driving the firm's mission to become one of the leading venture capital investors in the region.

Cristina has an impressive wealth of experience in the entrepreneurial world. Prior to joining Picus Capital, she served as the VP of Operations at Kry, a Swedish unicorn. In this role, she led the international expansion of the healthcare company out of the Stockholm headquarters and brought Kry to the German market in 2019. Her work in scaling and internationalizing Kry has earned her a reputation as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Before her time at Kry, Cristina was the managing director of a health start-up in Berlin and a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She holds a Master's degree from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management as well as a doctoral degree in Health Economics.
