In 2022, she joined Picus Capital, a venture capital firm, as Partner and Head of Nordics, tasked with opening up a new office in Stockholm. This role makes her Picus Capital's first employee in the Nordics and puts her in charge of driving the firm's mission to become one of the leading venture capital investors in the region.

Cristina has an impressive wealth of experience in the entrepreneurial world. Prior to joining Picus Capital, she served as the VP of Operations at Kry, a Swedish unicorn. In this role, she led the international expansion of the healthcare company out of the Stockholm headquarters and brought Kry to the German market in 2019.
