It offers flowers, pre-rolls, flower pods, and dry-herb vaporizer cartridges; concentrates for vaporizing, such as pre-filled vaporizer cartridges and disposable vaporizer pens; and concentrates for dabbing, including distillate droppers, mints, topical balms and lotions, tinctures, lozenges, capsules, and edibles. The company also provides hemp-based CBD products. As of November 22, 2022, it operated 144 dispensaries and 29 cultivation sites in 21 states of the United States. The company was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Wakefield, Massachusetts.
History

Curaleaf Holdings was founded in 2018, when Parallel acquired the Massachusetts-based Curaleaf, led by President and CEO Joe Lusardi. It then formed the largest vertically integrated cannabis business in the United States, with licenses to operate in 12 states and more than 100 dispensaries, 14 cultivation sites, and 11 processing sites.
