Darya Shaterloo is the Chief Executive Officer of Hectocorn, a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)-regulated debt advisory firm. 

Hectocorn has a proven track record of delivering complex and tailored financing solutions for real estate, luxury, and corporate assets. A company worth 100 billion, its typical ticket sizes range from £28M to £80M, though it has successfully handled cases as small as £1M and as large as just under £700M.

Since July 2021, Darya has led the firm’s focus on providing financial solutions for real estate finance, luxury assets, and corporate finance. The firm serves ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and corporations across the United Kingdom, Europe, the UAE, and the United States.

She is also an Advisor to the Board at Planingo.ai, an AI-powered travel company that helps users plan their trips efficiently. 

Previously, Darya held multiple roles at firms like Enness Global Mortgages, Foxtons, Rockspring Property Investment Managers, and London Stone Securities.

Darya Shaterloo initially aspired to global leadership or entrepreneurship from a young age, believing in the power of influence and innovation. While these ambitions evolved, her drive to create meaningful change remained constant. She pursued a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at a leading university in London, intending to develop life-saving drugs. 

However, she later realised that many health issues stem from everyday consumption habits and corporate practices. This shift in perspective led her to advocate for ethical consumerism, non-carcinogenic products, and a business approach prioritising people over profit.

Seeking opportunities to drive systemic change, Shaterloo transitioned into the financial sector, where she could work closely with influential individuals capable of shaping industries. Over the past 12 years, she has built a career that merges financial expertise with strategic advisory roles.

As the CEO of Hectocorn, an FCA-regulated debt advisory firm, she provides tailored financial solutions to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and corporations in the UK, Europe, the UAE, and the US.
