Dayang was incorporated in 1985 as Dayang Land Sdn. Bhd. under the Companies Act, 1965. Dayang was subsequently converted into a public limited company, Dayang Enterprise Holdings Berhad, in 1989 and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2002. Over the years, the Group has expanded its businesses to become one of the leading integrated services provider specialising in the provision of oil and gas engineering and construction services, a complete range of integrated maintenance, modification and asset integrity services, systems and the supply of machinery and industrial trading, logistics and supply chain management, marine support services and the provision of integrated specialist services.
