During her tenure, McCann earned accolades as Adweek’s 2017 Agency of the Year and secured a place on Ad Age’s prestigious Agency A-List for three consecutive years.

Devika is a driving force behind impactful advertising campaigns, notably leading the Fearless Girl project—a symbol of female leadership and one of the most awarded campaigns in Cannes Lions history. She continues to champion inclusivity through initiatives like UNIVERSAL LOVE, advocating for the LGBTQ community.
