History

Dexus has held a leading position as an investor and manager of property in Australia for over 130 years. Founded in 1886, Dexus has grown from being a timber merchanting and land-holding business, to now owning and managing a portfolio of investments across office, retail, industrial and healthcare real estate. Dexus is focused on delivering capital growth, strong incomes and sustainable property performance for its investors.
