Biography

Dr. Konstantin Pavlidis was born in 1960 in Sydney, Australia. From an early age, he showed a deep connection to healing, guided by his mother who practised traditional esoteric wisdom, healing, and herbal medicine. Konstantin’s interest in the human body and its capacity for healing led him to pursue academic studies in the field of science. He graduated from the University of Sydney’s Pedagogical Faculty with a focus on biomechanical analysis of human movement.

After completing his degree, Konstantin’s academic journey continued with a global pursuit of knowledge in neuroscience, cognitive science, psychology, and clinical psychology. He went on to earn multiple PhDs, including in the fields of human and social dimensions of science and technology, psychology and cognitive science, and integrative medicine. His education also took him to Arizona State University, Royal American University, and St. Mother Teresa University in Malaysia. He completed his Doctor of Science in Neuroscience and Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin.

In addition to his formal education, Konstantin explored various wisdom traditions, including the teachings of ancient philosophies, to better understand human consciousness and self-awareness. His early work combined both Western scientific research and Eastern philosophical wisdom, and he became deeply involved in movement and performing arts. He studied and practised various forms of martial arts, internal arts, and meditation practices, which he integrated into his approach to health and healing.

In 2008, Konstantin founded the Orassy Centre for Health & Self-Development in London. The Centre was established with the aim of offering a range of therapies, classes, and integrative medical treatments, with a focus on mental health and traumatology. The Orassy Centre’s mission was to bring together the best of traditional and alternative medicine, scientific research, and movement arts to support holistic healing and personal growth.

At Orassy, Konstantin developed several unique programs that combined the wisdom of various traditions with modern scientific knowledge. These programs included Zen Essence Yoga, Movement Mastery, Kinesomasis, Kum Nye Therapy, and Quantum Integrative Medicine. These approaches were designed to address a wide range of conditions, including stress, anxiety, trauma, mental health issues, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, and pain recovery.

Konstantin’s professional work expanded beyond therapy and healing into scientific research. As a researcher, he was deeply interested in understanding the connection between the mind, body, and consciousness. He studied how complex internal states manifested physically and how these could be intentionally cultivated to enhance resilience, clarity, and well-being.

Over the years, Konstantin’s focus shifted towards trauma recovery and mental health. He developed systems for optimising human consciousness, based on his extensive study of both ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. This resulted in his groundbreaking work on Quantum Integrative Medicine, a holistic approach to healthcare that integrated Western science with traditional healing practices.

Throughout his career, Konstantin has collaborated with numerous masters from different traditions worldwide. His work in traditional medicine has encompassed the study and practice of Chinese, Japanese, and Tibetan healing methods, including Shiatsu, Acupuncture, and Osteopathy. He also worked closely with Tibetan Buddhist Lama Ganchen Rinpoche and other masters to deepen his understanding of the mind-body connection and human potential.

Konstantin’s therapeutic practices and teachings are grounded in his understanding of human movement, including his early research in biomechanical analysis. As a movement artist, he combined this knowledge with martial arts and various dance traditions. His commitment to integrating physical movement into healing practices led to the creation of programs such as Dance Mastery and Choreosynthesis, which focused on how movement could support personal transformation.

Dr. Konstantin Pavlidis has authored numerous articles and books that share his insights into the integration of science and traditional wisdom. His work continues to impact a global audience, helping people achieve balance and healing through both physical movement and mental awareness.

Currently, Dr. Konstantin Pavlidis is focused on expanding the reach of his integrative health practices through his work at Orassy Mind Health, which he founded in 2010. This initiative has grown to include a wide range of therapies, classes, and research into human consciousness and integrative medicine. He is also the founder of the Ministry of Physiconomy, a project launched in 2024 that aims to continue developing cutting-edge techniques for optimising human potential and leadership through a science-based system.

In his work today, Konstantin continues to explore the intersections of science and spirituality, using his background in neuroscience and psychology to deepen his understanding of consciousness, while also incorporating traditional healing practices from cultures around the world.

As a teacher, author, and speaker, Konstantin’s mission remains clear: to guide individuals on a journey of holistic transformation, empowering them to reach their full potential physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Dr. Konstantin Pavlidis is a unique figure whose career spans scientific research, integrative medicine, and traditional healing practices. Over the past four decades, he has developed a system that blends the best of both worlds—combining modern scientific understanding with ancient wisdom traditions to create a new approach to human well-being.
