History

Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (DPM) was founded in 2003 as a gold exploration and development company in Bulgaria. The company expanded operations and in 2006 began acquiring gold projects in Armenia. In 2011, DPM continued expansion to Canada, where the Company operates the only gold mine on the continent. Dundee Precious Metals Inc. is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and today is one of the world’s leading gold producers.
