History

E2open was founded in 2000 by Mark Woodward and John Martin. The company grew quickly, and in 2008 closed a major Series D venture funding. In 2011, E2open went public to become the largest Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company in the supply chain software space. Since then, the company has grown through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions to become the industry leader in cloud-based, collaborative supply chain solutions worldwide.
