History

Chugoku Electric Power Co., Inc. was established in 1951 after the government of Japan nationalized electricity companies in the region. In 2007, it adopted the name Chugoku Electric Power Group. In 2016, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Since then, it has achieved remarkable growth and success.
