It primarily holds a 100% interest in the Los Reyes project that consists of 37 contiguous concessions covering an area of 6,273 hectares located in Sinaloa, Mexico. The company was formerly known as ePower Metals Inc. and changed its name to Prime Mining Corp. in August 2019. Prime Mining Corp. was incorporated in 1981 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
