History

Founded in 1951 by Florestal Ferreira Lapa, Eucatex has become a leader in the Brazilian forest industry. It was the first Brazilian company to use eucalyptus tree for the production of wood panels and derivatives. In addition, Eucatex has become a leader in the production of paints, varnishes and building insulation systems.
