Fenix Outdoor was founded in 2003 as a family-run outdoor retail business in the southern Swedish village of Växjö. Inspired by its founders’ love of the natural environment, Fenix Outdoor quickly grew to be one of the largest outdoor retail companies in Europe. In 2013, Fenix Outdoor became part of the Fenix Group, and expanded its retail portfolio to include the Fenix Outdoor Warehouse, a specialized outlet selling exclusive outdoor equipment and apparel at discounted prices.
