History

Fibra Macquarie was constituted as a Mexican Real Estate Investment Trust on 29 August 2011. The trust was the first FIBRA to be established following the introduction of the FIBRA legal regime by the Mexican government in September 2010. It held its initial offering in December 2011, with an initial portfolio consisting of 14 properties and 81 tenants.
