His earlier career at Jellyfish included roles as Data Scientist, Senior Digital Analytics Manager, and Senior Data Analyst, with responsibilities ranging from ensuring data accuracy to building machine learning models that improved digital marketing performance for clients.
 

Francisco has also served as a Marketing Consultant at If(we), where he helped prepare business plans for senior leadership. Additionally, he was the Head of IT and Video Department for TEDx Hult London, and participated in the Amplified Robot Hult Challenge, where his team earned second place with a concept for an augmented reality fitness application.
 

He holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Japanese from Regent’s University London. Biography

Francisco Ignacio Quintana began his early education with a focus on international studies. He attended Escuela Campo Alegre, where he completed the International Baccalaureate Programme in 2006. He went on to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom and Japan.
 

In 2006, Francisco joined Regent’s University London for a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Japanese. During his studies, he was active in the basketball and debate teams. 

 

In 2008, he participated in an exchange programme at Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan, where he studied Japanese language, economics, history, politics, and intercultural communication. He also became the first foreign student to play for the university’s baseball team. He graduated from Regent’s University in 2010. His dissertation focused on the development of a professional baseball league in the United Kingdom.
 

In 2010, Francisco worked as a Research Assistant Intern at Beyond Black magazine in London. He supported editorial research, built databases for clients, and transcribed interviews. In 2011, he returned to Venezuela and joined the National Scouting Report as National Scouting Director. He established the NSR branch in Venezuela and promoted athletes to college coaches in the United States. He managed digital marketing and facilitated 10 scholarship offers in his first year.


Between 2012 and 2014, Francisco worked as Head of Prospect Marketing at Academia Martin Chicho Parra. He created a scouting database, filmed and edited videos of prospects, and arranged 15 showcases for professional scouts, improving exposure for players. In 2011, he also helped plan the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu National Tournament during the Venezuelan National Games.
 

In 2014, Francisco returned to the UK and enrolled in a Master’s in International Marketing at Hult International Business School. He engaged in several live client projects, including work for Dove and LyteSpark, and was involved in the TEDx and Martial Arts clubs. He participated in the Hult Prize and reached the presentation stage with a business model for urban slum education. He was included on the Dean’s List for his academic performance.
 

In 2014–2015, he served as Head of IT and Video Department for TEDx Hult London, handling livestreaming and production. He also participated in the Amplified Robot Hult Challenge in 2015, where his team finished in second place with an augmented reality fitness app idea. He later worked with developers to begin building the app for Google Glass.
 

In 2015, Francisco worked as a Marketing Consultant with If(we) in San Francisco as part of a business school project, where he and his team presented a business case and plan to senior management. That same year, he joined Jellyfish in London as a Digital Analytics Executive. 

 

Over five years, he held several roles including Digital Analytics Manager, Senior Digital Analytics Manager, Senior Data Analyst, and Data Scientist. He was responsible for data audits, setting up measurement frameworks, and creating machine learning models for clients. He used Google 360, Firebase, and Google Cloud tools to improve digital performance for clients.
 

In 2016, alongside his full-time work, Francisco started delivering freelance training in data science, AI, Google Cloud, and Azure. He created an AI course titled “Content Key,” teaching learners how to generate images from prompts using generative models. He has since trained over 150 students to pass their GCP certification exams with a high success rate.
 

In 2021, Francisco joined Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai as Lead Machine Learning Engineer. Over three years, he developed AI solutions for the Carrefour brand and built scalable infrastructures for AI deployment across multiple markets. He focused on using AI to address business challenges and implemented machine learning pipelines using both Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. He also led a team responsible for delivering and maintaining AI solutions.


In 2024, Francisco took on two new roles. He became Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Huda Beauty, contributing to AI applications in the beauty industry. At the same time, he joined Asette as Lead AI Architect. At Asette, he worked on developing generative AI tools for the company’s digital property investment platform. The platform targets millennials and uses AI to support transparent, data-driven investment decisions.
 

As of the present, Francisco continues to work in both positions at Huda Beauty and Asette. He also maintains his freelance role as an AI and Google Cloud trainer. His professional journey reflects a consistent application of AI and machine learning in marketing, retail, property, and digital innovation. His cross-industry experience, international education, and dedication to practical AI training have contributed to his ongoing work in advancing AI for business use.
