GasLog Partners LP was formed in 2013 as a publicly traded limited partnership, initially focused on ownership and operation of modern LNG carriers. GasLog Partners was formed to acquire then newly completed vessels from GasLog Ltd., a related entity. GasLog Partners was formed with the commitment to maintain a high standard of vessel operation and strict financial discipline.
