History

GoodRx was founded in 2011 by Scott Marlette, Doug Hirsch and Trevor Bezdek. With the aim to make healthcare more affordable, GoodRx developed an online platform that allows consumers to compare prices for medications at different pharmacies. The platform has grown to include pharmacy discounts, mobile apps, physician directories and specialty pharmacy care. GoodRx is partnered with some of the nation’s largest retail and independent pharmacy chains, has filled over 50 million prescriptions, and helped consumers save more than $18 billion.
