History

Hibino Corporation was founded in 1943 in San Francisco, California. Initially, Hibino was a small civil engineering firm, consulting on road and sewer projects. In the 1950s, the company began expanding its services, offering engineering and consulting services in the areas of water resources, planning, energy conservation, hazardous waste management and transportation systems development.
