History
Immunicum was founded in 2007 by scientists and clinicians from the University of Gothenburg and Sahlgrenska University Hospital and was later joined by InnovationsKapital AB and Impilo AB. In 2014, Immunicum branched off into a separate and publicly tradable entity. After the IPO, Immunicum had its first full year in operation, closing the list of activities in the 2015 financial year with a net result of MSEK -25.9.
Mission
Immunicum’s mission is to develop safe and effective treatments for cancer patients by capitalizing on the powerful anti-tumor responses harnessed by its unique immunomodulatory approach.
Vision
Immunicum’s vision is to become a global leader in translational oncology by providing novel and effective immuno-oncology drugs for patients with advanced cancers, and for patients where the current standard therapies have failed.
