Infibeam Avenues Limited, formerly known as Infibeam Incorporation Limited, was founded in 2007 by Vishal Mehta. In 2017, after the Avenues India Pvt Limited merger, Infibeam Avenues Limited entered into the fintech space. Infibeam Avenues limited partnered and contracted with Jio Platforms and its affiliates to license its enterprise ecommerce software platform and enterprise digital payment platform, for their internal businesses.In 2017, it signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire DRC Systems, a provider of ERP solutions and customized software for e-commerce applications.
