Isil Baytok is a highly accomplished professional in law and finance. She has held various positions in the Ministry of Tourism, Development Bank of Turkey, and Coca-Cola Beverage Company. Since 2010, she has been a Partner at B+B Law Firm, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets Law. She holds prominent roles in Turkish economic law research and international law organizations.

Isil Baytok is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career in law and finance. She graduated from Ankara College and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1970. She began her professional journey at the Ministry of Tourism, serving as an Attorney and Assistant Manager in the Expropriation Department from 1972 to 1976.

From there, Isil Baytok held various positions at the Development Bank of Turkey, including Secretary to the Board, Attorney, Deputy General Counsel, and Consultant to the Chairman from 1976 to 1988. During her sabbatical, she studied at The American University in Washington D.C., USA, with a Fulbright Scholarship and worked as a consultant at the World Bank.

Upon her return, she became the Manager of Istanbul Securities Center at the Development Bank of Turkey from 1990 to 1994. She then worked at the First National Bank of Boston (later Oyakbank and now Ing Bank) as the Legal and Capital Markets Coordinator from 1994 to 1997. She served as the General Manager of Oyak Portfolio Management Company from 1997 to 2000 and as the Legal Director at Coca-Cola Beverage Company from 2002 to 2007.

Since 2010, Isil Baytok has been a Partner at the B+B Law Firm, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, IPOs, and Foreign Investments and Foundations Law. She holds several prominent roles, including Vice Chairperson of the Turkish Economic Law Research Foundation and Advisory Board Member at The American and International Law Academy in Dallas, Texas. She has also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Foreign Relations Center at the Istanbul Bar Association and taught as a part-time lecturer at Bogaziçi University on "Introduction to Law."
