The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Zhangjiagang, China.
History

Jiangsu Guotai International Group was founded in 1994 in Nanjing, China. Over the past two decades, the Group has expanded its business operations and grown into a large-scale private enterprise, with total assets of more than 70 billion yuan and over 40,000 employees. Jiangsu Guotai is now one of the largest textile companies in China.
