Jo Wagstaff is a well-known author, speaker, and international leadership coach who specialises in inspiring people to realise their full leadership potential and lead with authenticity. By 30, Jo Wagstaff had already achieved executive status at Colonial First State (CFS), a leading wealth management company in Australia. Here, she was in charge of a group of more than 150 workers and a $40 million budget that included departments like client services, marketing, product, and branding.

After her success at CFS, Jo was invited to join Challenger Financial Services Group, a Top 200 listed wealth management business. Alongside her CEO and a select group of executives, Jo served an important role in uplifting the company's brand, product offerings, client services, and overall culture.

Following her employment at Challenger, Jo started her consulting firm as an entrepreneurial initiative. After initially concentrating on marketing, business development, and communications strategy in a variety of industries, she eventually turned her attention to executive coaching and leadership development.

Jo co-founded Authentic Woman Global in 2016, motivated by an ambition to help women succeed in both their careers and personal lives. Jo's consultation work and Authentic Woman Global continue to inspire and encourage individuals to reach their highest potential.
