History

Kimbell Royalty Partners LP was incorporated in the state of Delaware on December 9, 2011. The General Partner of the Partnership is Kimbell Royalty Management LLC which is owned by certain private equity firms and Kimbell family members. The Partnership became publicly traded in 2013 on the New York Stock Exchange.
