Kolte-Patil Developers was established in 1991. The company was founded by two visionaries C.K. Patil, who had experience in the fertilizer and sugar industry, and Rajan K. Kolte who had expertise in the manufacturing industry. The company’s first development was the Lilavati Apartments (the transformation of dilapidated 19th century British bazaar) in Ballard Estate of South Mumbai. This marked the start of Kolte-Patil Developers journey!
