Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, provides underground utilities infrastructure construction and road works services in Singapore, the People's Republic of China, and Sri Lanka. It operates in two segments, Pipes and Roads, and Construction Materials. The Pipes and Roads segment constructs and maintains underground utilities infrastructure, including water pipes, NEWater pipes, high-pressure gas pipes, high-voltage power cables, and fiber optic cables; and offers sewer pipeline rehabilitation services. This segment also provides construction, extension, and maintenance services for roads, airfield taxiways, and aprons; and road and airfield pavement construction and maintenance services, which includes suppling and laying of graded stone and cement treated base, as well as milling and laying of asphalt premix. The Construction Materials segment engages in the production of asphalt premix and recycled aggregates from construction and demolition waste; and production of ready mix concrete and cement bricks. The company also provides training and tests for construction workers to operate the hydraulic excavator and bulldozer machines. Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited serves Singapore government agencies and various companies. The company was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Singapore. Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Zheng Choon Holding Pte Ltd.

Ley Choon Group was founded in 1985 by Mr. Paul Ley Toh and brothers Mr. Liong Seng Ng and Mr. Ley Choon Ng. Since then, the Group has grown from a small construction company with just a few employees to a full-fledged civil engineering and construction powerhouse.
